Many issues can be resolved by first checking 2 important things:
- Does the equipment (BTS, BSC, wifi links etc.) have a working power supply?
- Is the internet connection functioning properly? (Can you ping the BTS and google?)
For now see the currently Spanish only info in the Network administration manual.
